Compensation

• $150,000 – $185,000

• Annual bonus tied to office revenue

• Open to discussing a sign-on bonus for the right hire

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading K-12 and higher education architecture projects from concept to closeout

• Managing client relationships and guiding design vision

• Overseeing internal project teams and mentoring junior staff

• Producing contract documents and technical deliverables using Revit

• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and review agencies

• Supporting business development and proposal efforts

• Traveling to client sites across Louisiana as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Registered Architect (required)

• Advanced proficiency in Revit

• Experience in both K-12 and higher education facility design

• Ability to lead project pursuits and client meetings

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in-state
