Auto Body Technician

ITAC Solutions is seeking an Auto Body Technician for a great company in the Burlington area. This person will have high attention to detail and be able to lift over 50lbs.  

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
• Repair collision damaged vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer specifications
• Work in coordination with the production schedule, meeting all deadlines
• Maintain technician work area in neat, orderly fashion
• Must be punctual and in attendance of meetings each morning
• Complete dis-assembly of vehicle to assist Estimators in assessing damage to prepare a repair plan
• Utilize special equipment and tools to restore damaged vehicles in a safe manner

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Previous experience with Autobody work and repairs 
• Minimum of 18+ years of age
• Demonstrate effective communication with others
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily in a fast-paced environment
• Personable, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance
