Bookkeeper/Accountant

ITAC Solutions is assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join their team. This position is in Mobile, AL and the ideal candidate will process accounts receivable, accounts payable, bi-weekly payroll and complete monthly bank reconciliation.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, bi-weekly payroll,  bank reconciliation and maintain balance sheets
• File business and property tax, 1099s, and annual reports

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment

What could set you apart (preferred):

• Experience using Peachtree Accounting Software
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Public Accounting experience
