Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 DOE + commission
- Junior – First year OTE: $60,000-$70,000
- Senior – First year OTE: $80,000-$100,000
- Year 2 = $100k+
- Year 3 = $120K+
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and expanding relationships with business leaders in administration, human resources, marketing, legal and other professional areas
- Leveraging your professional network to identify new business opportunities
- Acting as a strategic consultant to help businesses navigate hiring challenges and workforce planning
- Collaborating with recruiting teams to match client needs with customized solutions
- Attending networking events and participating in industry organizations to grow and deepen your connections
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- At least 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience in a single role (not consumer sales)
- A well-connected professional network
- High volume cold calling experience
- Active involvement in professional organizations or ongoing industry networking
- Proven ability to leverage existing relationships and book of business (Senior only)
