ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager for a great company in the Birmingham area. This person must be able to take initiative and work independently.


What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Supervise office staff members and manage employee relations
  • Maintain and organize files for multiple locations
  • Assist with the full cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee retention and enhance productivity across the company
  • Administer and maintain company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze overall operations on an ongoing basis to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Monitor budget and expenses and prepare reports for upper management
  • Responsible for the maintenance of facilities including invoices, requests, leases, etc.
  • Maintain and organize files for multiple locations
  • Order and maintain office inventory
  • Responsible for additional duties as assigned


What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR or Office Management experience in a law firm (required)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
