Civil Engineer Project Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager who can lead our client’s Site group in Huntsville, AL, to new heights! In this role, you’ll be entrusted with managing complex land development projects that range from residential to commercial and industrial sites. Your work will have a meaningful impact on the community and contribute to innovative solutions in transportation, environmental design, and more.

Compensation:

• $115,000 – $130,000 base salary with potential flexibility for the ideal candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading site development projects from inception through completion.
• Managing and mentoring a team to ensure high project efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with various disciplines to deliver holistic project solutions.
• Utilizing Civil3D for effective site design and project execution.
• Ensuring projects meet performance, budget, and timeline goals.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven experience in project management, including team leadership and client retention.
• Mastery of Civil3D software for site development.
• High energy and the ability to elevate team engagement.
• Leading projects through full lifecycle- start to finish
• 8+ years of experience in related field
