Join our client’s dynamic team in Dallas, TX or Nashville, TN as a Client Integration Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in supporting new customer onboarding and system integrations. While this is a non-revenue-generating position, you’ll be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for our clients through administrative tasks, system setups, and customer support. This is a 6-month contract position.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Administrative Support: Finalize contracts, manage documents (e.g., DocuSign), and coordinate onboarding schedules.
- System Integration Tasks: Oversee system setups, facilitate training sessions for skilled nursing and administrative staff, and ensure seamless integration.
- Customer Communication: Resolve uncertainties during onboarding, navigate unclear conversations with professionalism, and guide customers through next steps.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Dallas, Nashville) and external stakeholders to align priorities and streamline processes.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Business-savvy mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks (contracts, scheduling).
- Comfortable handling uncertain or evolving situations with confidence.
What could set you apart:
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., PCC EMR) and healthcare settings.
- Background in healthcare, post-acute care, or clinical environments is a plus.
