Consumer Solutions Advisor – Ridgeland
ITAC Solutions is searching for Technical Support Specialists for a growing company out of Ridgeland, MS. This role will require excellent customer support experience and the general aptitude for technical support or aptitude to learn.
This position is onsite and requires someone to be prompt to work, meetings, and replying to queries. The ideal candidate will already have 2 years of technical support experience.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Responsible for consistently delivering differentiated and personalized customer experiences by executing various customer management techniques and maintaining a maniacal focus on client satisfaction.
- Responsible for resolving a plethora of customer service inquiries including billing, technical troubleshooting, service change requests, etc.
- Focus on resolving the customer’s needs during the first interaction to ensure attainment of organizational goals
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Must have a high school diploma or recognized equivalent. Four year college degree strongly preferred
- Two years of customer service or general business experience also preferred
- Must have excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills, as well as a basic aptitude with technology-based solutions and products
