ITAC Solutions is seeking a skilled candidate for a Customer Service position with a well-established company in the Birmingham area.

 

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Maintain professional financial service and correspondence with customers over the phone, via email, by fax, and through the company website
  • Respond to service inquiries and troubleshoot process issues for customers
  • Answer inbound phone calls and conduct outbound follow up calls as needed
  • Assist customers with loans and member loan applications
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite daily to monitor and track accounts
  • Collect all necessary documentation from customers
  • Operate successfully in a face-paced, high call volume environment

 

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced financial institution
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solver and multi-tasker
