ITAC Solutions is seeking a Credit Administrator for an established company in the Mobile area. This person must be customer service oriented and a self-starter.

 

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Serve as a liaison between regional team and credit team to minimize customer dispute resolution
  • Establish new accounts in ERP system following review and approval by the Credit Analyst
  • Maintain Customer Master File, updating billing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
  • Issue tax credits for customer accounts and maintain tax exemption certificate file
  • Monitor Quincy AR email box and resolve customer requests promptly
  • Process customer credit cards, invoices, and ACH payments
  • Assist credit team with sales tax audits and internal audits
  • Provide information on vendor forms as necessary
  • Supply customers with necessary documents including W9s, Certificates of Insurance, payment remittance information, invoices, and statements as requested
  • Responsible for accounts receivable reconciliation and light customer collections
  • Utilize GetPaid software for accounts receivable
  • Assist Credit Manager with special projects

 

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience with a manufacturing firm
  • Associates Degree in business
  • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Highly analytical with strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
