ITAC Solutions is seeking a motivated individual for a Customer Service Representative position with a fast-paced company in the Birmingham, AL area. This person should be friendly, able to problem solve, and a great communicator. 

• Pay Range: $13-$16 (Based on Experience)

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Provide outstanding Customer Service through email and incoming phone calls
• Correspond to customer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to handle escalations

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Previous experience in Customer Service at a Call Center 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
