The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to customers in a structured and supportive call center environment. Your mission will be to resolve complex customer issues in a manner that shows your passion for customer service, problem solving and commitment to serve others.

 

This is not a “scripted call center environment”. Training is paid and lasts for a minimum of 8 weeks. This will prepare you to take on the diverse questions, situations, and resolution options that you will encounter on a daily basis. No two days are the same!

Pay Rate: $17/hr.

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Worksite Location: Onsite

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Consistently delivers a remarkable customer experience through assisting and handling customer inquiries
  • Communicates with team members, business partners, and external customers which may require contact by telephone, written correspondence, in-person, or other electronic media
  • Follows established procedures to appropriately review, handle, and settle inbound requests

 

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer focused role
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple computer systems at a time
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong compassion for helping others with a desire to resolve issues in one call
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
