Customer Service Representative

ITAC Solutions is assisting a great client in the Tuscaloosa, AL area in their search for a licensed Customer Service Representative. This person will have a positive attitude and enjoy working with a small team!

Pay Rate: $20/hr 
This position is on-site. 

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

• Assist with day-to-day office duties by helping customers in person or over the phone
• Customer change policies or any change to policy
• Coordinating services and figuring out the needs of customers 
• Other tasks as assigned 

What you'll need to be considered (requirements): 

• Property and Casualty license required
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position 
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
