Position Type: Contract
Salary: $35-$40/hour

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Efficiently manage and triage ServiceNow queues while ensuring data quality.
• Perform data cleanup and quality assurance tasks within EcoStruxure IT Advisor for StruxureWare Data Center Operations
• Ensure compatibility between the SHREDD database and IT Advisor, focusing on asset tracking, cleanup, and data quality
• Conduct daily reviews of ServiceNow tickets related to decommissioning, ensuring compliance and data quality.
• Manage updates and quality assurance for the Cable Patching Management database
• Apply knowledge and experience in working within a data center environment.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
 

• 3+ Years of ServiceNow Ticket Management Experience
• Experience/Knowledge of EcoStruxture IT Advisor in Data Centers
• Strong Documentation and Communication Skills
• Data Maintenance Abilities
• Process Improvement Initiative
• Application Administration Proficiency
