Compensation: $120-140K (with commission-based incentives, bonuses, and growth potential)

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Lead and manage the Business Development team (6 members)
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and goal-setting.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Finance) to align strategies and meet objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, oversee proposals, presentations, and manage minimal travel for client meetings and events

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 8-10+ years of business development or sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector is required.
• Proven ability to lead remote or hybrid teams.
• Experience with CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
