Join our team as a Director of Small Business and HUB Programs. ITAC Solutions is assisting a Birmingham-based client who is looking for someone who excels in empowering small enterprises and advocating for equal opportunities. This position will provide training opportunities for small businesses and HUBs to educate them on how to respond to bids, RFPs, etc. when working with the organization.

Compensation: $90-105K depending on experience

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Direct programs/projects/activities of Small Business and HUB programs
- Conduct market research and recruit Small Business and HUB-certified businesses
- Develop and conduct educational/training programs for bidding processes
- Proactive outreach to increase Small Business and HUB participation
- Prepare financial summaries, ensure compliance, and supervise staff
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of experience working with small businesses and HUB-related programs.
- Proven success administering small business/HUB vendor program.
- Expertise in Alabama State Bid Laws.
- 3 years of supervisory-related experience.
