Benefits & Extras

• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid incrementally over the first year of employment.
• Longevity bonus starting at 1% of salary after 5 years, increasing to a maximum of 6%.
• Annual merit and wage increases, averaging 4%.

Compensation

• $76,000 – $113,000, DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading civil engineering projects for water infrastructure including pumping stations and reservoirs.
• Conducting hydraulic modeling and testing for system improvements.
• Reviewing and coordinating work by contractors and consulting engineers.
• Overseeing project planning, bidding, and compliance processes.
• Performing field tests, system inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Managing capital projects from design through to construction.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Four (4) years of experience in process civil or environmental engineering, design, maintenance, construction engineering and project management required.
• Experience in water system hydraulic modeling and non-revenue water management.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit construction sites.
• Experience with ESRI water and sewer data models preferred.
