Enrollment Services Representative

ITAC Solutions is seeking a skilled Enrollment Services Representative for a well-established company in the Birmingham area. This candidate will be taking calls regarding benefit eligibility and enrollment.

Pay Rate: $17-24/hr.

This role is hybrid (three days in the office).

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Taking calls in order to assist customers with billing, payment options, outstanding balances
• Responsible for determining eligibility, enrolling, and maintaining members 
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned

 
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Previous experience in a similar or related role, call center or front desk experience preferred
• Strong sense of professionalism
• Ability to self-motivate and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
