Grants Manager

Our client is seeking a Grants Manager who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to support impactful programs through effective grant oversight and financial coordination.

Compensation: $80k – $90k, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of federal and state grants
• Track and report on grant activities from application to closeout
• Act as a primary contact with funding agencies and ensure compliance with requirements
• Provide accurate and timely financial and operational reports to leadership
• Coordinate audits, contracts, and internal communications related to grants
• Train and support staff on grant compliance procedures

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with public-sector grants, especially in transportation or community services
• Strong understanding of grant compliance, reporting, and financial management
