ITAC Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator for an established Daycare in the Birmingham area! This person must be results-oriented and have a passion for building meaningful relationships.

 

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Directly assist the HR and Accounting departments
  • Process accurate payroll bi-weekly as well as payments and checks
  • Prepare and maintain invoices
  • Demonstrate experience and understanding of payroll taxes and corresponding agencies
  • Produce and present expense reporting on a weekly to quarterly basis
  • Data entry of information into ADP Software
  • Responsible for additional duties as assigned

 

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • College degree with a few years of professional experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Payroll and/or timekeeping experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills

  • Experience with Payroll and Accounting software
