ITAC Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator that can add value and provide administrative support to a lean Human Resources Department for our client in the Montgomery area. This will be hybrid position.
Our ideal candidate will have human resources experience, either in an assistant, coordinator, or similar role, strong data entry and computer skills, and a personality that allows for supporting the current human resources team and helping company employees with a sense of urgency as needed. Workday experience is a bonus!
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- As the Human Resource Coordinator, you will aid with and facilitate the human resource processes for all business locations
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of new hires, transfers, temporary employees, promotions, and terminations
- Files documents into appropriate employee files regarding hiring, counseling, terminations, information changes, etc.
- Process changes to employee information, taxes, address changes, direct deposit info changes, and assist them with other requests
- Processing changes in the HR system
- Assist employees with viewing pay stubs, W2s, password resets, etc.
- Complete employment verifications when requested by third party
- Assist with tasks relating to payroll processing as needed
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience conducting employment verifications and related new hire projects
- Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and applicants in a knowledgeable, professional, and efficient manner
- Ability to be flexible in job duties and responsibilities
