Compensation

• $50,000/year.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing and issuing employee paychecks, statements of earnings, and deductions.
• Compiling and reviewing payroll data from time sheets and records.
• Detecting and reconciling payroll discrepancies, ensuring all records are accurate.
• Maintaining and updating payroll records for employee data, including exemptions, transfers, and resignations.
• Preparing and balancing period-end reports and reconciling payroll to bank statements.
• Staying current on tax and deduction laws, and advising employees and managers on payroll matters.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience with WORKDAY is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
