Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advise and coach leadership (including the COO and senior executives) on strategy, policies, and leadership practices.
- Oversee the development of 100+ leaders, including training and a monthly leadership development program (LEAP).
- Lead recruitment for salaried positions, ensuring smooth processes from job postings to offer extension.
- Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and manage union interactions.
- Visit sites (up to 10 days/month) to engage with employees, ensure policy compliance, and foster positive relationships.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- Proven experience advising C-suite and providing strategic guidance.
- Strong background in employee relations and union management.
- Expertise in recruitment and leadership development.
- Ability to travel up to 10 days/month.
