Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work directly with the COO and senior leadership. In this key role, you’ll drive leadership development, streamline operations, and ensure alignment across all levels of leadership. Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise and coach leadership (including the COO and senior executives) on strategy, policies, and leadership practices.
• Oversee the development of 100+ leaders, including training and a monthly leadership development program (LEAP).
• Lead recruitment for salaried positions, ensuring smooth processes from job postings to offer extension.
• Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and manage union interactions.
• Visit sites (up to 10 days/month) to engage with employees, ensure policy compliance, and foster positive relationships.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Proven experience advising C-suite and providing strategic guidance.
• Strong background in employee relations and union management.
• Expertise in recruitment and leadership development.
• Ability to travel up to 10 days/month.
