IT Field Technician

Position Type: Contract to  Hire
Salary: $22-$24/hour depending on experience

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and network issues
• Sets up and maintains end-user hardware, such as computers, printers and phones.
• Monitor incoming requests and support end-users with technical issues
• Support operating systems and Microsoft applications
• Adhere to all desktop support policies, standards and procedures
• Assist in general break/fix responsibilities and other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 1+ year experience working in Desktop Support, Help Desk or similar role
• Skilled in desktop operating systems, troubleshooting issues
• Experienced and knowledgeable in working with Microsoft Applications and resetting passwords
• Skilled in configuring, troubleshooting and repairing hardware/software
