ITAC is assisting a client in their search for a Technical Engineer in Auburn, AL. We are looking for an energetic and driven professional who shares a passion for supporting customers and delivering the highest levels of technical support. The Technical Engineer will collaborate and communicate with the technical director, other IT Engineers, and directly with customers to ensure that projects and goals are aligned with the overall business needs and requirements.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Experience providing hands-on Help Desk support and remote support through remote access software.
Working familiarity with ticketing systems
Experience working on projects using a structured methodology.
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting Physical & Virtual servers, LAN/WAN Infrastructure, and desktop support.
