IT Support Specialist

Compensation

• $38,000–$45,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Set up and support workstations, printers, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and adaptable personality.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• Comfort working onsite with occasional travel to other locations.
