Compensation: $20-$22/hr.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and resolving IT support tickets.
- Setting up and configuring laptops for new and existing employees.
- Replacing outdated laptops with new equipment.
- Providing Level 1 technical support in person, over the phone, and electronically.
- Installing and troubleshooting hardware and software, ensuring smooth operations.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Solid foundational knowledge of PC workstation management and network management.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Linux.
- Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with non-technical users.
- Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
