This position offers the chance to dive into hands-on IT support, helping to reduce response times and streamline operations, ensuring that projects stay on track.

Compensation: $20-$22/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and resolving IT support tickets.
  • Setting up and configuring laptops for new and existing employees.
  • Replacing outdated laptops with new equipment.
  • Providing Level 1 technical support in person, over the phone, and electronically.
  • Installing and troubleshooting hardware and software, ensuring smooth operations.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Solid foundational knowledge of PC workstation management and network management.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Linux.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with non-technical users.
  • Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
