Compensation

• $50,000 – $55,000  DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing legal documents such as complaints, motions, and subpoenas under attorney supervision.
• Providing essential trial support and formatting briefs and pleadings.
• Managing attorney time records and handling billing processes.
• E-filing legal documents and maintaining accurate client files.
• Corresponding with clients and ensuring all communications are professional and timely.
• Assisting with maintaining attorney calendars and scheduling.
• Proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Prior litigation experience required; a Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
