Compensation: $60,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with a Loan Officer to support consumer and commercial loan processing
• Prepare and review loan documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate closely with title companies to manage loan closings
• Assist with residential loans, including Closing Disclosures (CDs) and balancing
• Maintain organized loan files and data with precision
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the lending process
• Ensure a smooth, professional customer experience from application to closing

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Experience in both community banking and secondary lending environments
• Familiarity with residential lending and Closing Disclosures
• Ability to balance CDs for closings independently
• Background in consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documentation
