Compensation:

• $130,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving business development and fostering new client relationships
• Overseeing multiple architecture projects from inception to completion
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing project team
• Managing schedules, budgets, and project profitability
• Consulting with clients and coordinating with engineering teams
• Ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and building codes
• Representing the firm as a key leader in the Auburn and East Alabama market

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Architecture licensure required
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale education and commercial projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel as needed for work-related projects
