Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery and trial prep.
• Draft, edit, and file subpoenas, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate depositions, meetings, and court dates.
• Maintain legal calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct research via PACER, SJIS, LEXIS, and other platforms.
• Prepare trial presentations, summaries, and legal analyses.
• Attend court proceedings and support attorneys throughout legal processes.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Paralegal certification, degree, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools like Relativity, Trial Director, and document management software.
• Ability to draft legal documents with precision and professionalism.
