Compensation: $50,000+ DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Summarize medical records and prepare deposition summaries
• Organize and maintain detailed case files and trial binders
• Coordinate court appearances, depositions, and client meetings
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibits and witness lists
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials to provide in-court support
• Ensure filings comply with court rules and deadlines

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience attending court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation processes
• Ability to manage discovery and prepare deposition summaries
• Proficiency with legal software platforms
• Exceptional organization and proactive problem-solving skills
