Compensation: $70-85k
 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, server, and network administration
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Work closely with the sales team to design solutions and provide client recommendations
• Maintain and document client service interactions through Autotask

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and security protocols
• Proficiency in network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with RMM tools (e.g., NinjaOne) and PowerShell scripting
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware, etc.)
