ITAC Solutions is searching for a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator for a leading software development company in the Huntsville, AL area. You should be an experienced professional ready to support high-profile projects in a customer success-driven environment.
Your role will involve Microsoft Dynamics administration and development, ensuring security, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support. You will contribute to the core business by delivering scalable solutions and applications that drive customer success.

Salary $100k-120k (DOE)

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Provide daily operational support for the Microsoft Dynamics platform, ensuring cross-functional readiness.
- Manage security settings, user roles, profiles, groups, and queues within Microsoft Dynamics as required.
- Safeguard the integrity of our cloud environments, including proprietary systems and external integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with new Dynamics releases and applications, participate in implementation plans, and adhere to best practices in Dynamics administration.
- Lead Dynamics enhancement projects to meet business needs, working closely with external contractors, vendors, and consultants to deliver new functionality.
- Monitor and optimize performance and scalability, identifying and improving sub-optimal features.
- Create reports within Dynamics to meet operational requirements, maintain a standard set of queries/reports, and provide actionable intelligence to our business groups.
- Train and support end users in utilizing the Dynamics application and serve as an escalation point for internal Dynamics issues.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Dynamics 365 CRM Fundamentals and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate preferred.
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a global organization.
- Minimum 3 years of Dynamics Administration experience.
- Experience in regression testing and Dynamics configuration.
- Familiarity with Azure, Dynatrace, and Agile project management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the respective country.
- Reliable internet service for telecommuting.
