Compensation: 18/hr   3+ month contract

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Audit each loan closing file based on product type to ensure all requirements are met.
• Review each document for correct information, signatures, and dates.
• Compare documents to preliminary ones in Encompass for consistency.
• Collaborate with processors, closers, and title companies to correct any errors.
• Follow up on corrections until documents are received.
• Make entries in mortgage systems, Encompass, and NetTrax.
• Send completed loan files to the vault.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to learn and utilize three mortgage software programs.
• Ability to meet monthly deadlines and daily audit quotas.
