ITAC Solutions is seeking a reliable Office Administrator for a great company in the Fletcher area. This person must be detail-oriented and tech savvy.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Responsible for answering phone calls and checking messages daily
  • Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner  
  • Ensure bank deposits are made weekly
  • Update company system daily based on updates from meetings with management
  • Provide customers with company informational brochure 
  • Manage the car rental processes as needed 
  • Verify employee time weekly and send times to payroll team
  • Close and invoice jobs as needed 
  • Answer customer calls and forward escalated calls to management 
  • Set up new employees in internal company system

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
  • Ability to multitask and answer multiline phones
  • Must be able to navigate different software’s to create files/folders
  • Invoicing/billing experience
  • Vendor Management
  • Accounts payable/receivable experience
