Compensation: Base $50K–$70K + Commission (earning potential – $150K-$250K)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in the IT hardware industry.
• Engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with an Inside Sales Representative to ensure exceptional client support.
• Leveraging knowledge of leading OEM programs such as Cisco, HP, and Microsoft to drive sales.
• Traveling across the assigned territory to build and nurture client relationships.
• Representing the company at key industry events and meetings.
• Reporting directly to the EVP of Sales to align on strategy and goals.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Proven track record of success in IT field/territory sales, particularly hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability in new business development with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
• Consistent history of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with industry-leading OEMs like Cisco, HP, Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or Fortinet.
