Compensation: $50-70k/annual base
w/commission: earning potential is $150k-$250k/annually

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive business growth by engaging with existing clients and acquiring new ones through targeted strategies like cold calling, client meetings, partnerships, and industry networking.
  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities within the pipeline using the sales management platform to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' business goals, IT priorities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Effectively position the Company’s comprehensive portfolio of products, solutions, services, and capabilities to address customer needs.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with current and prospective customers and partner contacts.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with pre-sales and post-sales support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented sales environment, contributing to shared success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to remain competitive.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets by delivering tailored solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory to engage with customers, attend meetings and represent the company at events.

What you’ll need to be considered:

  • 3-5 years’ IT Sales experience; Excellent consultative and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • New business development experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
