ITAC Solutions is working with a well-known law firm in the heart of Birmingham, AL. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will come to the forefront as you tackle various legal tasks and contribute to the success of a dynamic company.

Pay Range: $50 – $58k

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Assisting attorney(s) in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Drafting legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings.
• Assisting in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines.
• E-filing with both State and Federal Courts.
• Summarizing medical and billing records.
• Summarizing depositions
• Managing cases from inception to completion.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 3+ years of legal experience required 
• Insurance Defense Experience is a PLUS!!!
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
• Must possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Must be highly motivated.
