Part-Time opportunity for someone looking to work 25-30 hours per week in a professional office in the midtown Birmingham area!  Our client is a well-established organization with a large regional footprint and they need someone to provide Receptionist assistance in a temp-to-hire arrangement. 

What You'll be Doing (duties of this position):

  • Answering incoming calls, determining who should receive them and then routing those callers to the appropriate party
  • Scheduling conference rooms and maintaining calendars
  • Assisting in the scheduling of appointments between customers (clients) and internal employees
  • Providing light administrative support include some typing and/or data entry

What you'll need to be considered (requirements):

  • First and foremost, a professional demeanor with a personal focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Must be dependable with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent spelling and punctuation skills with proficiency in MS Word
  • Experience using electronic calendars and appointment and resource scheduling
  • A desire to work in a part-time capacity (hours and days to be determined)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
