Compensation: $55K–$75K/year   based on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing all parts operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Coordinating daily logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervising and motivating parts team members, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Preparing budgets, forecasting, and driving sales growth.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supporting the Assistant Manager, Parts Counter, and drivers for seamless collaboration.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Experience managing parts operations in truck, auto, or logistics/warehouse environments.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Stability in prior roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
• Familiarity with MS Office and industry software like CarMac and BAccar.
