Compensation

• Up to $70,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct on-site inspections of roads and parking lots and document pavement conditions
• Apply ASTM D6433 standards to evaluate pavement distress and structural concerns
• Survey and inventory pavement assets to maintain accurate PCI ratings
• Use SMS PAVER to record, track, and analyze installation-wide pavement data
• Prepare technical reports with findings, photos, and recommendations

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a National Agency Check Investigation
• Must live within a 60-mile radius of Fort Polk, LA
• Experience with SMS PAVER or other pavement management software
• Proficiency with ASTM D6433 pavement inspection standards
• Valid driver’s license for on-installation travel
