Payroll Administrator

Compensation: $50,000/annually DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing payroll administration and processing for a set group of employees
• Handling timekeeping, PTO, commissions, and final checks for terminations
• Working with both biweekly and semi-monthly payroll schedules
• Assisting with the transition from Kronos to WorkDay payroll systems
• Navigating and resolving system communication issues
• Using Excel to manage spreadsheets and calculate payouts

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• 2+ years of experience processing payroll
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, easy-going demeanor
• Adaptability to work effectively during system transitions
• Detail-oriented mindset
