Payroll Manager

We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Payroll Manager in the Birmingham area.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Responsible for processing all company Payroll
• Reviewing reports including tax funding reports, cash, direct deposit, and benefit deductions
• Process timesheets, handle new hires, terminations, bonuses, etc.
• Resolve any payroll issues that presented and fixing them in a timely manner
• Processing reports through ADP
• New hire training for the time and attendance system

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelor’s Degree in preferred
• Minimum 7 years experience with Payroll or Payroll System required
• Advanced ADP Knowledge
• Understanding of multi-state payroll
• Microsoft Suite experience required
