We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Payroll Manager in the Birmingham area.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Responsible for processing all company Payroll
- Reviewing reports including tax funding reports, cash, direct deposit, and benefit deductions
- Process timesheets, handle new hires, terminations, bonuses, etc.
- Resolve any payroll issues that presented and fixing them in a timely manner
- Processing reports through ADP
- New hire training for the time and attendance system
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Bachelor’s Degree in preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience with Payroll or Payroll System required
- Advanced ADP Knowledge
- Understanding of multi-state payroll
- Microsoft Suite experience required
