Contract Position (2 months)
Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team and assist with processing biweekly payroll for 1,600 employees. If you have advanced payroll experience and are familiar with Paycom, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical function within a thriving organization. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, having a direct impact on their experience and the overall efficiency of the business.

Compensation
- $25-$32/hour DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in processing biweekly payroll for 1,600 employees using Paycom
- Ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with company policies
- Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records and reports for payroll audits
- Assist with payroll tax filings and year-end processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees with payroll-related inquiries
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Be able to do the job as described
- Advanced payroll processing experience
- Strong experience with Paycom software
- Adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large-scale payroll operations efficiently
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred, but not required)
