Portfolio Manager / Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annual salary
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations, property performance, and execution of business plans across a multi-state portfolio
- Lead and mentor a team of property managers, coordinators, and maintenance professionals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leasing, acquisitions, accounting, and asset management teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and investors
- Analyze asset performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Develop and manage operating budgets and capital project oversight
- Maintain operational consistency and service excellence across all assets
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Bachelor’s degree
- High proficiency in Yardi software and Microsoft Office
- Capacity to oversee numerous properties while ensuring accuracy and quick response.
- Engage directly with investors, stakeholders, and third-party clients.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-stakes commercial property management settings
- Professional certification such as CPM or CCIM preferred
