Compensation: $60,000 – $68,000 annually, DOE – Overtime eligible

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support team leads and production staff to ensure quality output
• Coordinate shift schedules and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate on improvements
• Promote safety protocols and ensure compliance across the team
• Maintain production documentation and performance reports
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Flex between day and night shifts on a 4-week rotation

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Experience supervising teams in an automotive or industrial setting
• Familiarity with welding and/or E-coat processes
• Comfort working in a high-noise, fast-moving plant environment

What Could Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of Plex or similar ERP systems
• Strong presentation or coaching skills
