Program Manager

ITAC Solutions is assisting a company in Charlotte, NC as they search for a Program Manager to coordinate and manage cross functional activities to successfully complete electric vehicles.

The candidate will be required to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Formulate, organize and monitor projects
• Determine and monitor assigned action items to ensure project deliverables.
• Monitor tasks and resolve roadblocks to meet timelines and goals.
• Develop and control deadlines and project budgets.
• Interface with customers to determine key project items and to communicate project status.
• Apply change, risk and resource management.
• Assess program performance in relation to agreed upon deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation.
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of management experience (Engineering background preferred). 
• Proven experience as a Program Manager in the Electric Vehicle industry (Commercial Vehicle EV preferred).
• Familiarity with electric vehicle systems and sub-systems
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
