Project Manager

ITAC Solutions is helping one of our construction clients in the Gulf Shores Area in their search for a Project Manager.

Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 DOE
 
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• This person will successfully manage projects and generate estimates to ensure profitability of pursuits.
• You will lead a team of 20-30
• You will be working in the Santa Rosa area

 
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 5 years of project management experience
• Proven safety track record/ knowledge of safety standards and training
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build excellent relationships with clients, subs, vendors, and CSR team members 
• Experience developing site plans and site specific safety plans 
• Experience with project budgets and negotiating 
• Experience estimating and submitting proposals based on project requirements 
• Deadline and detail oriented
