Compensation: $70,000 – $115,000 per year.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and issues are addressed promptly.

Foster positive tenant relationships, responding to inquiries and coordinating with relevant parties as needed.

Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and controlling expenses.

Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

Support leasing activities by ensuring spaces are ready for occupancy and tenant transitions are smooth.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in commercial property management

Strong knowledge of leasing, construction management, and tenant relations.

Ability to manage multiple properties.

Expertise with YARDI, MS Office, and remote management of properties in different states.

CPM or ACoM certifications are highly preferred.
